"Love Tracks," Gloria Gaynor's 6th album, was released in 1978. The album is most famous for the million selling, #1 single "I Will Survive." The song was originally released as the B-side to the single "Substitute" before being flipped and then being replaced and re-released with a longer, 8 minutes plus version. A second edition of the album was also quickly released with the longer version of "I Will Survive" subbed in for the original 12" track (this no doubt in an effort to maximize sales and profit on the album). A second single, "Anybody Wanna Party," was also a hit.
